What each document gets
Parties, dates, dollar amounts, obligations and deadlines pulled out with their source location. Then the flags: one-sided clauses, hidden fees, auto-renewal traps, missing signatures, blank fields. Each flag states the body of law it falls under — equity, common law, civil law, or statutory law — and names a real statute only when one plainly applies. When it isn't clear, it says so.
Packets get cross-referenced
Upload several documents for one matter and every date, name, address and dollar amount is checked against the others. Mismatches land in a discrepancy table with both values and both source locations — what it is and where it is, nothing more.
Document integrity
Every file is SHA-256 hashed and timestamped the moment it arrives — a tamper-evident record of exactly what was uploaded and when, should the file's authenticity ever be disputed.
